Marble Hill Farm, located in Southwest Monroe County, is a diversified livestock farm owned and managed by Kip and Whitney Schlegel and for over two decades has been home to Angus cattle, Shetland sheep, brown egg layers, horses, donkeys and moreā¦
Our Practices
Our practices are grounded in the values of stewardship and sharing a connection with the land.

Our Products
Marble Hill Farm offers USDA Certified Grass-Fed and Finished Beef, Heritage Shetland Sheep wool and wool products, and pasture-raised brown eggs. We partner with area farmers to offer a one-stop shop for local food. We host a variety of on-farm events to provide our community with a connection to local food and fiber.
We now offer sheep wool pellets and shredded wool mulch, Sheep to Soil. Sheep wool can be used to organically cultivate healthy soil, providing nitrogen, organic matter, aeration, drought resiliency, and pest deterrence.
